Incompetent Consultants - Im switching to FNB

I am disgusted by the pathetic service from both the branch and call centre.
I was under debt review after retrenchment. I had both credit card and home loan with Nedbank.
I paid up the credit card. Now with the bond all the letters I receive says R0.00 arrears but the instalment is way too high. I went to Carlswald Nedbank Branch with a hope to get help by using their phone, I was told I need to call Nedbank Home Loans Legal department using my phone. Fair enough I called them with my work telephone. Nobody knows whats going on with my account. Before I switch to FNB I need to know why my instalment is sky high and why they say Im on arrears and why cant they remove my name under debt review because my debt counsellor sent some form that proves that I am no longer under debt review!!!
