Changing of Bank details

Hello Peter

On the 17 May 2013 Isigned a loan agreement on the online with the above mentioned company but yesterday I tried to inform them about the changes I've regarding my banking details. What amazing me is that I faxed and e-mailed my details to their call centre on their response they don't Ihave my details. The rep who was assisting me is Thandiwe & the Manger Theresa Mbatha their contact is 0114464000.
