After laying a complaint - still no response!!!

After laying a complaint more than a week ago on Hallo Peter and after phoning Santam at least a dozen times requesting to speak to a manager, I still have not received any feedback. I only received an e-mail after my first complaint stating that they will look into the matter and get back to me. But nothing!!!

I really can't believe that Santam's service is this bad! My car has been in for repairs for more than 4 months now and they are doing nothing about it. Indibano Panel beaters is the worst ever and still Santam believes the guy after promises that my car would be finished more than 2 months ago, and weekly after that.
Santam you really have to step up your game!
