No show for urgent delivery... 6 DAYS LATE!

I booked an overnight delivery on Friday morning for an urgent invitation to get to Cape Town. They promised (literally) to be here by 1pm to collect. They never showed up, I waited 2 hours longer at work just for them and couldn't get hold of anyone.

Monday I phoned and Bertha Mosala said she had no idea why they didn't come as they promised her they would. Then I get told today (Monday) there is a strike and they can only come on Tuesday. She said she would still try for Monday. Tuesday I called again and I was told it's definitely booked for Tuesday and I must not worry. Long story short, it's Wednesday today and I am fuming because the invite is STILL sitting on my desk. And I must still pay R241? For this amazing overnight delivery service? I asked her repeatedly for a manager to contact me and no one did.

I am disgusted by this service by a supposedly reputable company.
