Terrible Service and Empty Promises

After plenty phonecalls and broken promises they have still failed to refund my deposit. This was promised to me at the end of June. My friend has called on my behalf as I am in Switzerland now and Jacques promised to pay it over the 8th July as the lady who does payments is in then. It wasnt done that Monday and was promised to do it by the Tuesday (9th) then it was changed to Friday (12th) as the accountant needs to be there when they do payments. It is now the 15th and still no payment. Now they have promised to do it Friday (19th)... how long will the ridiculous excuses carry on?? Terrible service. I want answers.
