At std autobank 8146 Hazyview on Sunday12/05, ATM produced code 0023 technical problem slip for withdrawal request of R3000. I phoned the call centre because the amount had still been deducted from my acc. My 1st call was dropped. The 2nd attempt was met by a lady named Anda who was helpful and polite despite my agitation with my situation. She advised me to check the next day & call back if transaction had not reversed. I checked on 13/05 at FNB (only ATM in Skukuza) and called back @13:00 & received ref#53177392 with advisement of 9-10 day turn around time. After several calls to call centre (during which I updated my details incl. cell#), I was advised to go to my nearest branch. On 27/05 @ 15:30 I went to Wonderboom branch and was rudely told by Mmabatho Setate at enquiries that it was only day10 and I must WAIT for feedback. It was month-end, payments were due. On 04/06 (23 days after incident) R3000 reflected in my acc without apology or refunded bank charges from balance enquiries. 1 week later, suddenly my proof of residence was missing and I had to come in for that despite having submitted all FICA documents at Laudium, pta west branch yrs ago. 1 month of terrible service
