1st Complaint, I've mailed, called multiple times to find out the details of the FNB uncapped product to be launched on 8 August, I've emailed, phoned online support phoned the premier banker and nobody has made any contact the last 3 weeks, this is uncappectable.
2nd Complaint, New FNB site, no more Ebucks reward level checking, same story phoned Premier Bankers and nobody has come back to me yet. The last person I spoke to was jules more than a day ago.
