After unsuccessfully trying to load a beneficiary on absa's internet banking site I phoned absa's action line. I got a recorded message which said that this line is open from 8am to 11pm Monday to Sunday, please call us during these hours. I phoned at 6:30 pm on Wednesday and the line was closed. If absa does not even know what time of day it is how can they get ANYTHING done.
