Received and sms that money was transferred from my account... apparently bad debt that was written off and now I have to pay them back. Debt that is older than 3 years. The consultant that reckon I can only get the money back if it is for funeral purpose. Guess what last year my mom passed away and they also took money out of my account. Now they refused to give me that money back because of some stupid reason. I suffered to pay and give my mom a descent funeral and is still paying off people that I borrowed money from. I am really disgusted. The consultant that assisted me still has the nerve to tell me that there is no manager available to assist me. With an attitude. I will not leave this to rest..
