Divorce Claim still no correspondence forwarded

I received an email from Candice Flowers-Nicholson on the 14/02/2013 to advise me that Alexander Forbes would be forwarding me formal communication with regards to the non payment of the Divorce Claim. Well, a month later and to date, I still have not received the formal communication from them.

I find the service delivery totally unacceptable.

Please forward me the formal communication so that I can liaise with my Attorney.
