Account in lockup

In October of 2012 I applied for an account and for that you need a prove of recidance and I.D whitch I took with me, but they had my husband sign a paper declaireing that I live with him evethough it is on his account information. Last week Wednesday I recieved a sms telling me that my account are in lockup untill I bring the proper prove of recidance then I went in and took everything they have asked for and then they told me that I have the wrong prove of recidance. After asking how it were possible that I could have use those excact prove of residance when I applied for an account can it be wrong now, I were took to the head of costomer care and she told me that my husband have to once again complete the very same paper to prove that I live with him and it had to be declaired by the police. How is it possible that there are suddenly fault with my paperwork that they had told me were the right papers that I had.
