These are the rules

I went to cell c boulders this morning to to sort out something that was not supposed to have happened in the first instance. i have a contract with cell c and they have been sending my bill to the wrong address forever! the problem is they captured it wrong from my prove of res. i speak to palesa (who is apparently the manager) and she says no it cant be done without a new prove of address! which means i must run around looking for something that she has somewhere in the office . no matter how many times i told her the fault is on her side she could not care less!
to think i have two contracts with this people gives me the creeps1

so much for power!
