Bruma Finance
NO SERVICE, JUST UNEDUCATED

I have 2 accounts with Bruma finance. They just don't seem to get anything right. The customer care consultants are unskilled and uneducated to deal with most if not ALL of my concerns. When they are unsure or cannot explain Thandeka, Precious, Ronel, simply hang up the call. Whenever I ask to speak to a manager they advise that Marumo or Zonika are in a meeting, after leaving numerous messages to call me, both these managers never ever call me back.

I am up in arms now, trying o get a simple explanation, Why are these unskilled people working in the customer care department??? I am glad that I am not the only person with these concerns about Bruma finance staff.
