She had no interpretation or evaluation as to my opinions. Not giving me much of a chance to speak, or respond to her. The conversation only led to sparring, and a general attitude of no possible payment for my claim.

I calmly asked the lady: "Can you listen to the way that you are speaking to me? ". And she continued talking over me, asking questions and mentioning things that was irrelevant to my claim.

I am very disappointed, as this is my first time belonging to and insurance company, I have never before experience such degrading and helpless feelings in my life before.
