I am extremely disappointed with First For Womens handling of our recent claim. They have denied us any payout for our car which is paid off and been on insurance for 15 years because they have decided the primary driver information was wrong. They made this conclusion by talking to one person and asking misleading and trick questions when following up the claim with me. Essentially first for women are just taking our money and giving us no service for it. I find this completely underhand and disrespectful to people who have been paying insurance for many many years and have treated the whole situation with transparency and honesty. That is exactly how FFW have not dealt with this situation. Giving us so much more for less? More like giving us nothing for all the money we have spent. We have sent a letter of complaint directly to FFW to let them know we refute their decision but I want to make it public how underhand and sneaky our transactions have been and how they have tried to, at every turn, cheat us out of the insurance that is rightfully ours. Regardless of the result of this situation I will never deal with FFW again and I have told every single person I know about this.
