I opened a case of with RCS. I have an account that I NEVER activated. Two months ago I received a statement indicating I owed almost R5000. I immediately called the customer services line. Explaining the purchase were made in KZN and I reside in the Western Cape. After giving all my details to the agent he informs me that they blocked the account because they suspected activity. I asked why was I not informed prior to my enquiry. I did all that was asked, providing my signature and copies of my card back n front. To date this matter has not been resolved. I received two statement since indicating I owe them money. agents assured me they will revert back. yet still no follow up calls from them. RCS DOES NOT take matters like this serious. I follow up & to date no agent can give me an answer or a solution. This is beyond frustrating. This will affect my credit record and they show no empathy for the customer. I will never recommend RCS to any of my family and friends. I will inform every person I meet not to trust and most of all NOT TO open a RCS account. RCS policy and procedures are absolutely . customers service is the worst I have experience
