3 months later matter still not resolved

Staff member opened an account and used it to almost the max, needless to say did not pay. I am being harrased by now Collections team every single day to remind me I owe. Vanessa (customer liaison manager) only called me once to get details of manager at the store I reported this matter 3months ago. I am disgusted by the team leaders of the agents who've called me as they've merely done same as everyone else not bothered themselves to follow up on the case, the agents just tells me we see it's still under investigation. They have refered to collections in arrogance which I fear as they know I would have a hard time explaining myself to other credit providers should I be interested in applying for something on credit. Needless to say I need this matter resolved before I get blacklisted for an account I do not own/owe for that matter. Can Foschini show me some respect as they know it's an inside job which i'm not asking for footage of who did this, that i'll leave to Karma to punish the staff members involveds' appauling an criminal behaviour. Just clear my name already.
