Capitec bank and refuse service

My girlfriend applied for a loan via online service. she qualified and had to send the details to this fax number: 0860 66 77 87 (Which is Capitec fax number) she then went to the branch on a Saterday just after 11am. They simply refused to help her and said she has been by this fax number. How is this possible? how don't they know its Capitec number? this is a act of as they refuse to help a white female. After she asked them nicely to please assist with the loan they simply refused. If this action is not resolved NOW i will report this NCA, ombudsman and i will do what ever it takes. Kind Regards.
