MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT PERMISSION

On the 28th January 2013 a debit order of R299.99 went of my account without any permission. I went to FNB Eldoraign branch to reverse the money. Up till today nothing happened. My money was taken and nobody could explain to me. The question I have is evens though it is my account number how can the bank accept it? My account number is supposed to be coupled to my name and signature. In this case it did not happen. According to INSIDE information I got the bank does not evens check for names they just accept account numbers. To me this unacceptable and the bank is not going to charge me for any fees. Now my money is gone and nobody can assist me.
