Standard Bank
Its 3months now and Still waiting my U count card

Standard bank has the worst service ever. I've been waiting for my Ucount card for almost 3 months now. Each and every time I call they promise to deliver the card of which it never happens. These people are full of and false promise but they quick to debit my account month end. With such service I wouldnt advice anyone to open an account with Standard bank. I am closing all my accounts with thus bank and look for a better service else where. I've initiated the process by putting in 32 days notice for both accounts I have with them and come end of December I'm closing these accounts. Credit card will be next then their cheque account. I'm moving to FNB for better service.please people think first before you join this bank as they are not reliable.
