I applied for a readvance on my existing bond - twice. The first application was not approved because there was a page missing in my rental contract that I supplied to the consultant. She never faxed all the pages. Eventually I had to reapply and this time it was approved.

My readvance was approved on the 18th of March 2013. I was told money will be paid into my account in 3-5 working days. I waited about a week and phoned the call centre. The agent looked into the issue & discovered that the payment request was filed incorrectly. He escalated the problem & I was given another reference nr (to add to my collection) & told yet again that it will take 3-5 days to clear. It's now the 3 April, I still don't have my money. So I visit the branch & the consultant discovered that the money was paid into the wrong account. So now it's almost 2 weeks later. I've phoned the branch 3 times - can't get through, leave messages, no-one phones back. Phoned the call cntr - each time I'm given a new ref. No-one helps, no-one phones - I don't know where my money is & when I'm gonna get it. I'm absolutely FED UP with this bank. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE FIX THIS SO I CAN GET MY MONEY!!!
