My nissan np 200 was booked for it's 90 000km service on 13 june 2013 i was a bit over the 90 000km, so nissan Benoni informed me that Warranty Solutions will not be covering my service because i am a 100km over the 1500km run-over. This was the first time that i was informed of this run-over limit. Warranty Solutions and nissan failed to make this part of the contract clear to me and according to (CPA) Consumer protection Act, information like this should be made 100% clear to the person signing the contract and that this information should be signed by the person signing the contract non of this was done! I did contact Warranty Solutions and Nissan and both was unwilling to discuss this matter this i find unacceptable, it's my problem and fault according to them! And all I'm asking is for my car to be serviced a service i have already payed for i will also be consulting the ombudsman about this matter.
