I've been through the HelloPeter complaints and found Warranty Solutions to have had quite a few complaints. Reading carefully it's proof that people should obey policy rules before they slander companies. I have a warranty policy with these guys and my turbo went on my car, initially I was quite worried they were not gonna pay because of their "bad" rep. Whilst at Alpine Turbo, Andy called WS to confirm a few details and within minutes I was approved for payment. Why? Because my service history was up to date. Simple really. Thank you Warranty Solutions for the simplicity. I know who I will get my future warranties with. Happy customer.
