I purchased a used vehicle and the previous owner had a maintenance plan with Warranty Solutions, he advised me to contact them to change the policy to my details.

I did this by using their website to submit and got feedback within half a hour..The agent Roxanne responded with information and continued to deliver everything i asked of her via email, very impressive and efficient. My transfer went down smoothly and within 2 days my policy is activated.

I havnt done a claim with them as yet, but i hope that this kind of service is the norm.
