Claim payout

I have been promised for the last 2 weeks that my claim for my laptop that has been sloten will be paid out and every day when i phone and follow up they say today, today, today.

I find this unacceptable. Where is the service?

It's thursday the 13th February and no money is reflecting in my account which i find unacceptable after so many promises.

Makes me doubt FNB's service.
