2 YEARS PAYING ABSA HOME LOAN, STILL HOMELESS!

In 2011, they were supposed to evict occupants they placed in my house and reverse the interest that had accumulated from their maladministration alternatively negligence. It was supposed to be 6 months (from November-2011) and is now 19 months, and I am still homeless. I have already paid R105, 000.00 to ABSA, and they would still not keep their promise. I am paying them for the house I do not occupy.

ABSA did not update my payment history with Transunion, which has to date caused me substantial prejudice in terms of obtaining employment in South Africa and obtaining credit and or finance which are my Constitutional rights to obtain, especially since this property remains to date on my name and I am for all practical intents and purposes making payments on this bond account. ABSA, please, I'm genuinely trying to get my credit back in shape; I'm trying to get a new job; and "why I am still on the streets? "
