An atm failed to eject my card after I had completed a withdrawal. The atm then cancelled my card and the reason for the cancellation was that I had taken too long to take my card. I could not have taken too long because the card was never ejected. FNB is now charging me R100 for a new card because their machine is faulty. I would like this charge be reversed. The FNB employee that submitted the complaint admitted to me that I was by far not the only one and that numerous people had fallen victim to the atm the previous two weeks.
