Bad attitude - financial difficulty

I have been experiencing financial difficulty and possible retrenchment at my workplace. I am trying to make arrangements and contacted your bank to get forms and information regarding retrenchment and for financial difficulty. The head office of African Bank has called me on several occassions but now Eva from one of your branches in Polokwane has a very bad and rude attitude towards me and I refuse to speak to her at all. I will make the necessary arrangements with African Bank head office. You guys keep on lending people money but you never did an affordability check and I am now in dire financial straits but still trying to sort it out. But I will never ever speak to Eva again and I hope that is understood.
