I entered the bank on behalf of one of their clients to open an account, i then approached their consultant Portia with a general question about the account that only required a yes or no. i was then replied with "just pay the money, i don't care where it comes from, i have discussed this with the client." after-which i went to a teller to ask the same question where i got a straight forward answer. i was then told i was rude because the did not want to answer a very simply open question.
