Why be open if you are not really open?

On Sunday I visited your branch to collect my new cards. After having to stand a half an hour in a que waiting at enquiries, I get told that the service is not available on Sundays. Now my question is, why be open? The gentlemen in front of me wanted to know why the tellers wasn't open. So in actual fact, business was confined to seeing a consultant or general enquiries. No one could get up of a chair, walk to a cupboard and give me my cards. Then I get told to come back tomorrow. HELLO! I am here today because I work tomorrow you chomp. Really, keep the bank closed if you are to lazy to work. Furthermore, I raised this same issue on your website under delighted or disappointed, guess what? With Prestige banking I simply get to pay more for the same useless service.
