Impossible to get to speak to someone

Good day
After numerous emails I was advised to call the call centre where they require you to punch in all the details of your card. Unfortunately I do not have the card so I could not provide all the details. I urgently need somebody to get in touch with me please. I want to know what the balance on the card is so that I can close it.
