MFC just add stuff to my name

I bought my Ford Ranger more than 2 years ago never had i had the problem for my Car with insurance. Now after 2 years they decided to add insurance to my car without calling me first. my car is insured with Budget and Mfc sent me an letter stating that i agreed by telephone that it is okay for them to add this to my account. So now i want that conversation that i agree for that added policy to my name otherwise i will stop my debit order!
Pathetic service for MFC and i am an Client for an long time!!
