I have my car finance with MFC for two years now..A few months back i spoke to one of their agents and clearly told her that i have insurance with miway so they left me alone for a few months..Last month i get a letter from them saying that they will implement some asset insurance policy that doesnt cover for R448.5.. I am paying R1150 at Miway and i've had insurance from day one and
I sent you proof and i received a receipt confirming that you received my documents..Is it not enough that we took finance with you guys instead of other banks, you still feel like you need to rip your customers off..
Why the did you let the dealer give me the car if you didnt think i had insurance..
Am i suppose to leave my comprehensive cover for your insurance..
i should have stayed with my previous car finance, its this hyndai that made me take finance with you guys..I want my money back, I dont want your insurance i already have one..
