Magically a 10% discount appears for Virgin!!!

I was recently in a minor accident and went to get an assessment. I received a quote that was above R5000 and and the insurance were meant to cover it!!! All of a sudden without informing me or putting it in my contract they receive a 10% discount from their panel beaters and they are below the R5000 excess which is not on my quote! This is utter nonsense... Definitely cancelling my insurance! I have household and laptop cover with them!!! I am totally disgusted and disappointed by this!!! It is amazing if we withhold information we will not be covered and when they withhold info there is nothing we can do about it!!! Seriously of!!!

I want an answer!!! This is!!!
