Totally rip off

Fnb smart loan is deducting the money every month but the amount is not going down!!! i did called call center last month enquiering about my balance the consaltant gave me the same amount like last month even this month whe I check my statement is still the same amount but the deduction go through each and every month in my account is totally rip off!!! To what lengths do I still need to go??? for how long can I still pay this account!!! when called them they will come back to me!!! for how long or they will give me the order number that those not exist!! What is most frustrating is the lack of feedback and when eventually giving feedback just is giving me the other number to call all the time!!! can someone on fnb give me clear statement I am not sure where is the hold up but communication would be highly appreciated
