DEDUCTION OF 60 RANDS PER MONTH ON MY ACCOUNT

I did join credit clear five months back then i pay 1500 from there they refer me to onther where they said i have to pay 5900 so that they can clear my name, remove judgements on my name im still on that process. Then i started to realise that there is an amount of 60 which was deducted from my account every month when i enquire from the bank they refer me to ABSA BANK where they gave me the numbers to contact the company which deducts the money to find out is CREDIT CLEAR when i phone them, they cant explain to me excatly what that deduction is for, they just tell me i must fax the bank statement, my question how can you deduct the money from someone's account and when he ask you, you can't give clarity, which means they robbed.i will take this matter furthe
