My car was involved in an accident on the 08/05/2013. A DHL truck lost brakes and rammed to my car that was driven by my partner.
I have been without a car since then since the car is parked and not moving. I am frustrated and I called Charties insurance to find out how my claim was
Going since Rene had forwarded that claim to them from innovations. I have never in my entirely life been sworn at like the way this lady has. I am utterly disgusted by the service
And the manner this Charlene Artman from Charties has handled my calls. She has not only been rude, but after knowing that am pregnant she has told me I have
Issues and I need to deal with them. All I needed to find out was how far they were with my claim since the lady Dzivhuluwani was off sick since last week. Ever since the
Claim was forwarded to them I have not had any sort of communication or update. I am the one who is frustrated without a car and hence I phone and follow up, only to have eggs thrown in my face.
This is very frustrating, Can you please assist and advise how long this is going to take. This Charlene Artman should not be speaking to customers at all. She is very rude. needs training asap.
