Charged for cellphone I did not receive

I am being charged for a Black Berry Bold which is R179-00 p.m whilst I ordered and received a Samsung Galaxy Pocket which is suppose to be R49-00 p.m.
I reported this to FNB in June 2013 and they refunded me 3 x R134-00 being the amounts which I was over charged with for three months. But instead of correcting the device on my contract to the Samsung Galaxy Pocket I was again charged on 25 June 2013 for the Black Berry which I do not have of R179-00 and I was not refunded yet nor have I received confirmation that the problem was sorted out. So it is almost the 25 July now and my account will probably be debited with the wrong amount again... FNB's division dealing with the device orders and contracts seem to be useless.
How many times do I have to ask FNB to correct this, I refuse to pay for something which I did not receive. I will be reporting FNB to the banking ombudsman shortly.
