Outsurance R400 excuses

After applying for the "if we can't beat your current premium, we'll pay you R400" promotion and submitting my current insurance policy to compare i receive a call from an agent named Amir. He informed me that even though I am an existing customer with outsurance, they cannot beat my current rate at a different insurer and then started spewing a bunch of excuses as to why they can't pay up even though they cant match the premium I currently pay. Consider my existing policy with you canceled!
