I keep getting emails and sms' stating my account is in arrears. (Just to let you know, i don't owe them anything) Every time they sms or phone, R18.42 gets added to my account. I phoned when i relocated for them to change details it was never done... so all the service fees etc was billed (I did not know about it) eventually getting a statement after many calls to them seeing i owe them R1100. So i made a R300 payment on the 25th. On the 29th they phoned again, saying i owe them money, another R18.45 gets added, i email them proof of payment, and asking to take of the money for every time the phone as i did pay. Then they start to threaten me, i must pay, saying im lying that i have not paid. BUT IVE SENT PROOF OF PAYMENT etc. NEVER TAKE A SAA VOYAGER CARD OR DEAL WITH NEDBANK!!!
