Demands for payment without listening to my plea!

On the 20th of February 2013 my spouse was admitted to hospital via a Doctors request. We were required to make an upfront payment of R1000. On this particular date there was a power outage and the hospital reception area could not accommodate me to make an EFT. After internal arrangements have been made I was escourted to the emergency unit in order to make the payment. The person at the ER phoned the head of admin to get permission to pay on the Doctors machine as it was the only active machine at the time! Permission was granted and my proof of payment read HOSPITAL ADMISSION! I feel victimised by these people for not listening to my plea! This can possibly ruin my credit rating!
