Opening an account with Edgars!!!

Wow Edgars stores putting billboards up all over the place saying if you open an account you can get the Samsung tablet for R2999 only. To our surprise if you open your account you still have to wait 48 hours before you receive the tablet... No problem i will wait 48 hours. Today 13.06.2013 was 72 hours already, i phoned them and what they tell me!!! Sorry but it hasent even been ordered yet... what type of service is this??? I was told to do the phoning myself to find out where my Samsung is!!! Dont put billboards up if you cannot give the product when you open your account!!! I dont even want this Samsung or account anymore!!
