Call Centre agent no customer skills

I was not working for sometime now, i started a new JOB, i call NRR, i spoke to a call centre agent told her i do not get paid as much as before i can afford R200 pm on my account, she said i will be handed over as not acceptable, she then asked for my bank account, i advised her i get paid cash i do not have a bank account her response was "which company pays cash this day in age" i asked for the supervisor and the call was dropped after a few mins of silence.. is this the customer service you teach your agents? Is it because i cannot afford the full installment they are thought to treat us this way???
