BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE BY CALL CENTRE

I am very dissapointed by the call centre agent who contacted me last night. He was rude and forward. I know the state of my account and i know i am responsible for payment but i have a financial problem because i am the only person working in my household. I asked fashion express if they will be able to help me by giving me a lower installment with a longer term. And the answer is no. The agent last night told me that it is not his problem if have problems i must pay because i signed a contract. I also work for a big company and in customer care but i never spoke to any of our members like that. He needs training. I can't afford to pay a R 1200 each month let alone a R700.00. i need assistance. i never had a problem with any of your stores and was always happy about the service so please HELP
