Why is it that when ever i call through to FNB's call centres i have the same aweful experiance? Am i the only one or are there others out there that bank with FNB, rely on them and trust them with our money and when it comes to service, all we get is transfered from call centre to call centre and inevitably cut off and thats a guarantee! I have a query pertaining to my existing revolving credit which i have a feeling has been tampered with and before even listening to my problem, i'm either transfered or cut of or transfered and then cut off or given an alternate number and the same thing happens. This is extremely frustrating for the client and unprofessional of FNB. Its quicker for me to get into my car and drive to a branch. In that case, what is the purpose of FNB's inefficient call centres???
