I would like to take the time to say thank you to FNB - first of all for allowing me to be a customer of yours. I moved all my banking to you on people saying what a great bank you are - so I took the plunge and did it and I have never looked bank.

Thanks especially to my PREMIER BANKER - CRAIG LANG - man what a helpful, and informative man. Nothing is too much trouble and he is always willing to help. If he can not help, then he gives me feedback by saying he will find out and come back to me - and he does just that.

He even helped me fill out a form that I need for an overseas document. He actually filled the form in for me, got me to sign it and then took it to the relevant departments and got it sent back to me, with no hassles what so ever.

SO WELL DONE CRAIG you are an absolute gem to FNB and to FNB - I hope you give that man more than just a BELLS.
