I have logged a query online on the 30th of May 2013. my complaint was detailed and very straight forward. My payment for my device was returned when i had enough funds in my account and i wanted to know why. I had a gentlemen contact me who seemed to have been half asleep as it was quite late in the afternoon and did not know anything really regarding my complaint. When i spoke to the sleepy guy he said that there were actually two payments that were unsucessful but couldnt tell the month for the other payment... i asked him to call me back the following day after he had his facts together and actually read my complaint then PERHAPS he could assist me. I have not received a call from anyone to date. Are the payments for my device in arrears??? If it is why has noone called me to make me aware of this and to make arrangements?!!!
