Still waiting for my pension monny to pay out

I have been retranched since last year on the 31 december 2012 and PSSFP/Absa still is holding my finds and my biggest problem is they told me to call them on 0861177775 or 0118463797 and they keep on telling me that I must call them after two week since january now its been a six months without getting anything reasonable from them and when I call them they will put me on hold for plus or minus 35 minutes and after that they don't tell me reasonable things they keep on posponing dates, the money that am buying air time to call they was the money that was suppose to buy food at home as I get it from my mom who is not even working but why these guys are doing these to me, what have I done wrong which deserves a punishment like these? Last week I went to their office at johannesburg and still no one help me because they told the security guards at the reception to tell everybody who is coming to see them that they are off duty by 13:30 on wednesday.

I realy wish to get help so that I can get my funds from these guys.

Imagine these guys they are expecting me to call them every two weeks while am not working and while I got nothing but because they are working they don't care about us
