My husband and I both bank with std bank - I have on numerous occasions dealt with std bank Hayfields pmb because it is closer for us. My husband and I are both prestige bankers and are horrified with the service drom this branch! We have waited over 2 hours in the bank for someone to try and assist us with ordering a new card seeing as my husband has been without a card for 3 days now since the atm swollowed his card and someone with drew R1000 from it - he put a stop on it. When he approched the manager of the branch after waiting on the telephone and enquiries for assistance she had a very bad attitude. Seriously thinking about changing banks after nearly 20 years of supporting them :(
