Did'nt got any help from her its now the 5th time

My Husband went to enquiries to change his pin for his credit card after an half an hour in the row and this specific lady said she must ask some questions even if we gave her his ID and drivers license. The ridiculous question was: on which date did he receive his credit card??? How must we remember that date because it was a wile back. then she refuse to help us. we ask to speak to the branch manager but they said she was also to busy to speak with us. we have been banking over 20 years with Standard bank but now my husband is going to move to a better bank!!! It is the 5th time this lady was rude and unhelpful!!!
